Your mission

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to launch impactful B2B campaigns and optimize existing marketing strategies for achievable, measurable goals and KPIs.

You will work with our Marketing team to identify the best acquisition channels (think Google, social media, content, website, and more) for reaching our potential customers.

You will be responsible for the conception, planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of our marketing campaigns to generate relevant inbound marketing and sales-qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns to help acquire new customers and drive relevant traffic to our website, and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Manage the tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns and deliver weekly and monthly reports, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs and ROI.
  • Identify new channels, trends, and areas of opportunity. Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop funnel conversion improvement ideas and feedback.
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong returns on investment and efficient customer acquisition costs. Continuously test and iterate your learnings to find the best multi-channel paid mix for us.
  • Create landing pages and optimize user funnels. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion A/B tests.
  • Have the creative ability to craft high-converting content together with the marketing team to enhance your campaigns.


  • Between 2 and 5 years of prior experience in a similar role
  • Profound experience in paid and organic customer acquisition strategies
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms
  • Solid knowledge of tracking tools and all-in-one marketing platforms like Hubspot
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, tracking, and conversion optimization
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations
  • Experience optimizing landing pages using A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Outstanding English skills
  • A growth mindset — someone who is not afraid to think big and take risks

This is a full-time position with 38,5h/week. We offer a competitive salary above the Austrian Collective Agreement between EUR 45,000 and EUR 55,000 gross per year, depending on your qualifications and years of experience.
