Perks & benefits

Flexible working time & home office

We highly value a healthy work-life balance and appreciate that everyone’s an individual with different needs and wants. There’s no one-size-fits-all: that’s why we want to keep it as flexible as possible for our team.

English as a team language

We’re an international bunch of open-minded people, and we communicate in English, so everyone feels included.

Personal education budget

Whether you want to improve your language skills, invest in your personal growth or your (technical) skills, we got you covered with our annual education budget.

Plenty of room for your own ideas

We’re open to new ideas. Showing initiative is highly welcome and appreciated.

Free public transport ticket for Vienna

This ticket will take you all around Vienna 24/7. You can go from Imperial & Royal Vienna, passing the hippest part of town, all the way to the green and dreamy outskirts in under an hour. Have fun!

Free breakfast

Free organic coffee, organic muesli, porridge and granola, (plant) milk and a variety of fresh fruit in the office.

(Virtual) Team events

We love to have fun together and connect. Be it after-work dinner and drinks (if and when Covid allows), (virtual) team building events, whole- or multiple-day outings or more relaxed (virtual) pub quiz and gaming nights.
